How to Navigate Your Delivery during the Pandemic

How the pandemic is affecting product availability and shipping:

The old saying rings true, it’s all about supply and demand. As business picks up, the increased demand for consumer products has met an unprecedented challenge: a shipping container shortage. This, along with delays at ports, is the main barrier to product availability.

What to keep in mind as you shop:

Products that say “in stock” are ready to be delivered as soon as you order them on our website. If products say “out of stock,” you may be able to find a similar item in a different collection. We often make same-sized covers and cushions in multiple collections.

How items are shipped:

All orders are shipped via UPS.

How to track your order:

When your order ships, you will receive an email message with the UPS tracking number. To determine the status of your shipment, you can visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number.

When to expect your delivery from our warehouse:

For in-stock items, most orders leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We work hard to send your order as soon as possible.

How to stay ahead of busy shipping times, like Christmas:

To make sure your order arrives before December 25th, please place your order by December 11th.  UPS has removed all shipping guarantees for this holiday season, including those for all expedited shipping.
